Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the product and you do not report the issue, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
* Handmade items are excluded and are not valid for returns. Handmade items are unique and due to the nature maybe different from one another.
To be eligible for a exchange, or return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this also includes its packaging.

Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days after your return is processed. Blu Salt Co will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). We must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.
You are responsible for a return label and or shipping, the price for the return shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the total of the item purchased, terms that were agreed upon when purchased.
Handmade items take time to be commissioned, please expect delays on handmade items are the artisan carefully prepares and commissions your order, extra handling times are to be expected. The timeframes below are only an estimate.

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within two business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Blu Salt s is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If item is refused by customer, shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to any other costs shipping the item back to our warehouse/offices the post may be charged.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
Exchanges
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
